Creating the much-needed connection between training and organizational impact.

Q

How do I know if my organization’s culture is healthy?

A

In healthy organizations, people talk openly and honestly with each other–at all levels and across roles.

Culture is not a monument.

It can and does change.

Your organization’s culture is likely changing now,

but how?

Is it being thrashed about, pulled from headline to headline?

or

Intentionally nurtured, through thoughtful dialogue and

engagement led by skilled facilitators?
