Sometimes, it’s not what we do but the “how” that really matters. Facilitators are keenly aware of group dynamics and are able to alter their approach to maximize the experience of the group, have breakthrough experiences, and model inclusive best practices.
You will learn new skills, practice designing and facilitating, and gain real-time coaching from expert facilitators.
