Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy & Activation

The world of work is being redefined, with Equity, Diversity and Inclusion centered. DJA is a voice of change, helping to reconceptualize the field and practices associated with EDI.

We work with clients to guide your shift FROM the D&I of the past, TO the contemporary EDI best practices, including:

  1. Shifting from primarily focusing on diverse representation to creating EQUITABLE SYSTEMS.
  2. From HR, a Chief Diversity Officer or Business Resource Groups having primary responsibility for EDI programs and activation to executives, BUSINESS LEADERS and broad shared responsibility for investment and sustainability.
  3. From head counts and internal-focused qualitative measures to IMPACT measures that align with all business goals.
  4. Actively moving away from EDI as purely relegated to recruitment, retention and employee engagement to EDI fully integrated within and across all work streams as a BUSINESS DRIVER, revenue generator, brand differentiator.

The DJA Enabling Equity Framework is our unique approach to EDI strategy and activation. It reflects our belief that EDI must push far beyond the typical inward-facing or program-intensive efforts of the past. Enabling Equity is comprehensive, actionable at local and global levels, and positions business leaders as equipped, engaged and accountable.
