Bélanger has expertise in human-centered leadership, organizational change, culture development, and skills development. With expertise in higher education and libraries as well as an accessibility and inclusion advocate, she works to center humans in processes and approaches while fostering generous accountability.
For over 10 years, Carey has worked in improving organizational effectiveness and creating supportive, transparent and inclusive systems. These efforts include strategic planning, change management, leadership development, and workplace climate initiatives.
Cawthorne brings 20 years of human resources experience in higher education and corporate sectors with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
Cori Wong, Ph.D.
Dr. Cori Wong is a passionate speaker, writer, educator, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion especially related to intersectional feminism, antiracism, social justice, and inclusive culture change.
Trevor A. Dawes
Dawes facilitates workshops on leadership development and diversity, improving the knowledge, skills, competencies, and abilities of librarians and library workers. He also consults with a wide range of library organizations on management, leadership, and diversity.
Nichole M. Garcia, Ph.D.
Dr. Garcia is an equity and inclusion facilitator who also brings more than a decade of experience in assessment and evaluation, strategic organizing and culture, and professional and organizational learning in non-profit, corporate, and higher education.
Carla Leal Gottschalk
With over 20 years of experience in higher education, Gottschalk’s expertise lies in facilitating discussion and engagement with a diverse portfolio of clients. Gottschalk’s facilitation occurs in both English and Portuguese. She also plays a primary role in the translation of materials for international audiences.
Jessica Guzmán-Rea, Ed.D., LMSW
Dr. Guzmán-Rea is a strong intercultural, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion facilitator with expertise in the development and implementation of strategies, programs, and initiatives that create and support a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
Myra Henry, Ph.D.
Dr. Henry is committed, courageous and on a mission to eliminate racism and empower women. She works closely with organizational committees and leadership teams in higher education, medical centers, not for profits, and community agencies to develop and deliver professional development, coaching and leadership training.
Paula R. Jenkins
Jenkins brings more than 20 years of corporate experience managing individuals and teams. She currently trains and coaches managers at all levels and has a passion for growing leadership by developing and training leaders, as well as empowering people with the tools and knowledge to improve as leaders.
McInerney is a skilled facilitator who has worked closely with senior leaders and employees at all levels on equity-minded strategic planning and implementation. She brings more than 10 years of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors to each engagement with DJA.
Kyle Oldham, Ed.D.
Dr. Oldham believes that education and awareness are the tools we need most in an ever-changing world, where we are challenged to be our best selves. For the past 14 years, he has worked in DEI education and facilitation in arenas ranging from classroom teaching, training development, presentations, and workshops.
An educator and facilitator on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategies, Rangel-Biddle is also passionate about the diversity and inclusiveness within the workplace.
Edward Scott, Ph.D.
Dr. Scott is a leadership coach and facilitator with more than 10 years experience in organizational development, clinical care, and human services experience including extensive work in the nonprofit and K-16 education sectors.
Vanessa Seals, Ph.D.
Dr. Seals is an educator and advocate passionate about addressing inequity within higher education and other institutions. She has spent 16 years in the higher education space, teaching, facilitating, and coaching individuals and groups as well as working with faculty, and staff from multiple fields.
Shao is an experienced researcher and facilitator, guiding cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of programs in global health, women’s empowerment, and economic development. She is a intercultural communication specialist with experiences living and working on three continents.
Gary Wasdin leads and contributes to client engagements including strategic planning and leadership development. With two decades of diversity, equity and inclusion experience in libraries, nonprofits and corporations, Wasdin is transformational leader with a special emphasis on staff development and organizational health.
Tyler is an experienced facilitator with passion for systems thinking, participatory design, leadership from all levels, and iterative improvement. He has facilitated workshops in a variety of academic contexts, both local and national, in support of organizational development, strategy, and personal vision. His background in academic librarianship, data analytics, strategic planning, leadership and management practices, and organizational identity lend him unique perspective from multiple sectors.
Maggie Cousin, Ed.D.
Maggie is an experienced change agent with a passion for integrating diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) principles within organizational systems and helping companies and institutions strategize to build equity into their workplace culture. Maggie's background in DEI, qualitative research, and data analysis provides a unique perspective that allows her to transform complex topics into clear, innovative, strategic, and data-driven change initiatives.
Jennie L. Walker, Ph.D.
For the past 20 years, she has provided professional education and coaching in leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness within Fortune 500 organizations, as a professor and executive in higher education, and as a consulting partner to many organizations across the world. These efforts have included leading the design of development programs, courses, and learning experiences in multiple formats on a global scale and with diverse audiences in North America, South America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia.
